Earth Yoga Retreat
This retreat was based in the mountains of El Hato, Guatemala. The retreat center was called the Earth Lodge and it was a beautiful setting, with views of the volcanoes. The retreat featured activities such as yoga, fire ceremonies, wellness practices, hiking, and a day trip to the town of Antigua.
Moon Soul Retreat
This wellness retreat was in Guanacaste, Costa Rica at Boriquen Thermal Resort. This retreat included activities such as yoga, spa amenities, zip lining, horseback riding, and lots of rest.
She Heals Guatemala Retreat
This wellness retreat was located at a retreat center called Sacred Garden, in Jaibalito, Guatemala. It had beautiful views of lake Atitlan and the surrounding volcanos. This retreat included activities such as yoga, meditation practices, nervous system regulation workshops, and women’s health classes. We spent a half day in San Marcos, to attend an ecstatic dance and shop in town!
Bhumi El Salvador Retreat
This retreat was in beautiful Playa Mizata in El Salvador. The retreat center was right on the beach and I loved watching the pelicans surf the waves in the morning. This retreat included activities such as yoga, inner child workshops, sound baths, a volcano hike, and a ceremony with a local shaman. We had free time to enjoy the yummy natural juices and cold plunge/sauna, plus use the jungle gym!
