Hi, I’m Becky.
I’m a licensed mental health therapist, trauma informed yoga instructor, sound healing facilitator, photographer, and visual storyteller. While these roles may seem different on the surface, they all share the same purpose: helping people feel more connected to themselves, to others, and to the world around them.
As a therapist, I take an integrative approach to mental health, combining evidence based practices with a holistic understanding of the mind body connection. I work with adults navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional overwhelm, helping them build resilience, regulate their nervous systems, and create meaningful, lasting change.
My work as a trauma informed yoga instructor and sound healer grew from the belief that healing isn’t only something we think through. It’s also something we experience in our bodies. Through mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and sound, I create spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and cultivate a greater sense of presence and inner balance.
Beyond the therapy room and yoga mat, I’m a photographer and visual content creator with a passion for capturing authentic stories. I collaborate with wellness, lifestyle, travel, and nature inspired brands to create thoughtful photography and video that feels genuine, intentional, and emotionally engaging. Whether I’m documenting an experience, creating user generated content, or telling a brand’s story through imagery, my goal is always to create work that resonates with people on a deeper level.
Nature has always been one of my greatest teachers and sources of inspiration. You’ll often find me exploring hiking trails, watching birds, traveling to new places, or chasing beautiful light with my camera. These experiences continually shape both my creative work and my philosophy on healing. I believe growth often begins when we slow down, become present, and reconnect with what truly matters.
Whether I’m supporting someone through therapy, guiding a yoga practice, facilitating a sound bath, or creating visual content, my intention remains the same: to create experiences that inspire authenticity, encourage connection, and remind us of the beauty that exists within ourselves and the world around us.
